TERMS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. Credit card
Our hotel requires credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. As such, we will collect your credit card information directly as soon as your booking is made and we may verify (i.e. pre-authorize) your credit card as well.
For certain rates or special offers, please note that your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, your booking will be automatically released and, within 48 hours, we will contact you (via email or telephone) for new credit card information which can guarantee your bookingagain.
By making a reservation with one of our hotels, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that hotel, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the hotel that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the hotel (the delivery terms and conditions of a hotel can be obtained with the relevant hotel). The general cancellation and no-show policy of each hotel is made available on our website on the hotel information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
If you would like to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotel's cancellation and no-show policy. It is recommended that you read the cancellation and no-show policy of the hotel carefully prior to making your reservation.
3. Further Correspondence
By completing a booking, you agree to receive an email (i.e a booking confirmation letter) which we send you promptly after you finish your reservation.Besides, we shall not send you any further (solicited or unsolicited) notices, emails or correspondence (unless you specifically agree otherwise). In case that you might wish to modify or cancel your booking(s), kindly please send an email to us. We'll reply you within 48 hours. Or you can also call our hotel's hot line number which is availabale 24/7.
1. ALL RESERVATIONS, UNGUARANTEED, WILL BE HELD UNTIL 6 PM OF THE EXPECTED ARRIVAL DATE.
2. AMENDMENT MUST BE MADE WITH MINIMUM 72 HOURS PRIOR ARRIVAL
3. CHECK IN TIME AT 02:00 PM; CHECK OUT TIME AT 12:00 PM; LATE CHECK-OUT TILL 06:00PM: HALF CHARGE; LATE CHECK-OUT AFTER 06:00PM: FULL CHARGE
4. Maximum of 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years old are permitted to stay in room. Surcharge breakfast USD 5/Child/Night for child from 6-11 yrs old that shared parent bed

5. Cancellation or modification within 02 day – charge 01 night
6. No-show - 100% charge
7. If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
8. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
